In the event that a pricing error has occurred we will contact you first to let you know, and as soon as you inform us in writing that you are happy to pay the correct amount we shall process your order.
We further reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. Shopping from timesquare.com.mt could not be any easier. After having decided which product or products you want to purchase just click on the "Add to Cart" button for that product. Once this is done you will now be re-directed to your personal Shopping Cart. If you are not logged in you will be redirected to our login page at which point you have the option to either log in using your credentials or register for an account using our platform. Once you have logged in or created an account you can either continue shopping, or you can process your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button. Once your order details have been completed and submitted, your payment will be processed via our secure online payment system using PayPal.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 18.00%, and are correct at the time at which you have confirmed your order.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that you use for payment is yours, and that you are over 18 years old. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Product Availability and Refunds
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. With the high volume of orders we receive and the items we carry, at times, an item may be sold before we are able to update our site. If an item is out of stock, a sales consultant will contact you through the contact information submitted to help you search for a comparable product. Should no other product be to your satisfaction we shall refund the full amount paid for the product which is out of stock. Any third party payment gateway fees incurred by us when your payment was electronically submitted may be deducted from the refund amount if such payment gateway shall not accept to refund such payment charges.
